NKF-3A分子篩是一種堿金屬硅鋁酸鹽。3A分子篩主要用于吸附水，可在水吸附過程中，排除其它烴類分子；

能吸附臨界直徑不大于3Å的分子；

NKF-3A zeolite is a kind of alkali metals silica aluminate, which can adsorb the molecules of critical diameter no larger than 3A. NKF-3A zeolite can exclude other hydrocarbon molecules during the adsorbance process of water, which is widely used in petroleum cracking gases, such as the deep dryness of ethylene, propylene, butadiene, acetylene and natural gas. It can also be used in the dryness of polarity(such as ethanol), liquid petroleum gas and solvent. The NKF-3A zeolite of NKC^® has been successfully replaced the importations in the enterprise of petrifaction and petroleum. If it is used as the dryer of the petroleum cracking gases, the water containing in the gas can descend to lower than 1ppm (dew point less than -70℃) through the adsorbance of NKF-3A.

用途：主要用于石油裂解氣、烯炔、煉廠氣、油田氣的干燥，是化工、醫藥、中空玻璃等工業干燥劑。 
1、不飽和烴如石油裂解氣（如乙烯、丙烯、丁二烯、乙炔及天然氣）的深度干燥；石油裂解氣的干燥劑，經3A分子篩吸附后，氣體水含量可降至1ppm以下（露點小于-70℃）。
2、制冷劑干燥（如R22）；
3、極性液體（如甲醇、乙醇）、液化石油氣、溶劑等的干燥；
4、空氣的干燥，如雙層玻璃（隔熱窗）中空氣干燥；
5、氨裂解的混合氣干燥；
6、煤油和航空發動機燃料的深度干燥。

再生：NKF-3A分子篩可在提高溫度的情況下吹掃或抽空而再生重新使用，再生程度視再生溫度及再生濕度而定。

1、脫除水份：視再生氣的壓力、溫度、含水量而定。一般情況下，200～350℃干燥氣體在0.3～0.5kg/cm2壓力下，通過分子篩床層3～4小時，使出口溫度到110～180℃，冷卻。

2、脫有機物：用水蒸汽代替有機物，然后脫除水份。

儲存：室溫，相對濕度不大于90%；不宜直接暴露于空氣中；避免水、酸、堿。

包裝：桶裝或紙箱包裝。具體依客戶要求。

注意：避免分子篩直接暴露于空氣當中。

運輸：非危險品，但運輸過程中要避免潮濕，保持干燥、密封。

儲存方法：在干燥、透風處貯存，不得露天存放。
