NKF-5(ZSM-5)Zeolite
ZSM-5分子篩的晶體結構由硅、鋁、氧四面體所構成。硅、鋁、氧四面體形成硅、鋁五元環,8個五元環組成ZSM-5分子篩的基本結構單元。
ZSM-5分子篩的孔道結構由截面呈橢圓形的直筒形孔道(孔道尺寸為0.54nm×0.56nm)和截面近似為圓形的Z字型孔道(孔道尺寸為0.52nm×0.58nm)交叉所組成。
(一)直接法合成的NKF-5(ZSM-5)Zeolite(硅鋁比25/38/50)
(1)南開大學催化劑廠是國內最早采用直接法生產NKF-5(ZSM-5)分子篩的企業。
直接法合成的NKF-5分子篩(硅鋁比25/38/50)是以水玻璃、硫酸鋁為原料,不加入有機胺模板劑,特點是原料成本低、綠色環保、工藝先進、質量穩定。
在應用上除了具備用有機胺模板劑合成的ZSM-5分子篩的一切性能外,在熱穩定性上大大優于有機胺合成的ZSM-5分子篩,有著廣泛的應用前景。
NKF分子篩獲得國家發明專利(專利號:85100463.6);NKF分子篩獲國家發明二等獎(獎章編號01082)。
Synthesis of ZSM-5 by direct method
NKF-5 zeolite is synthesized directly by reacting soluble glass with aluminium sulphate to ZSM-5 zeolite, not using organic amine.
NKF-5 zeolite has been used as the parent of alkylationm, isomeration, aromatization and dewaxing catalysts and so on.
NKF-5 zeolite, characteristic of the simpler synthesis process, stabler quality, free of pollution, less cost, better hydrothermally.
NKF-5 zeolite won the second place of the State Invention Prize of china.

硅鋁比(SiO2/Al2O3)有:18/21/25/32/46/60/85/120/130/150/160/200/260/300/360/400/500/800/1000/1500/2000/2500/全硅

(四)ZSM-5分子篩結構狀態和特性
1、孔徑(Pore size):5Å;
2、骨架密度:1.81(異辛烷測定);Framework Density: 1.81 (determined in isooctane)
3、熱穩定性:ZSM-5分子篩的熱穩定性很高,1200℃的焙燒后晶體結構保持不變;
Thermal stability: The differential thermal analyst (DTA) curve shows that the crystal exhibits no major structural change up to temperature of about 1200℃.
4、水熱穩定性:700℃水蒸氣處理,分子篩保持結構;
Hydro-thermal stability: The binder-additive catalyst could retain its crystallinity when treated under 100% steam at a temperature of 700℃ for 12h.
5、耐酸性:ZSM-5分子篩具有良好的耐酸性,能耐除氫氟酸以外的各種酸;
Acid resistance: ZSM-5 molecular sieve has good acid resistance and can withstand various acids except hydrofluoric acid;
6、憎水性:高硅鋁比的ZSM-5有著極強的憎水性;因為表面電荷密度較小,水是極性較強的分子,所以不易為ZSM-5所吸附。盡管水分子的直徑小于正己烷,但ZSM-5對正己烷的吸附量一般大于水;
7、積炭:ZSM-5分子篩的容炭量較高,其孔口的有效形伏、大小及孔道的彎曲,阻止了龐大的縮合物的形成和積累;ZSM-5骨架中無大于孔道的空腔(籠)存在,限制了來自副反應的大縮合分子的形成,從而使ZSM-5催化劑積炭的可能性減少;
8、擇形選擇性:ZSM-5分子篩作為催化劑,只有比晶孔小的分子可以出入,ZSM-5催化劑對反應物和產物分子的大小和形狀表現出極好的選擇性;ZSM-5分子篩十元環構成的孔道體系具有中等大小孔口直徑,使它具有很好的擇形選擇性。
9、安全性:ZSM-5沸石本身是不可燃物質,在應用的安全性上有充分的保障;請在列表中自行下載SDS報告;

10、高硅ZSM-5沸石分子篩有著極高的疏水性和較高的耐溫性,在VOCs工況有著很好的應用。
(五)ZSM-5 分子篩技術指標
SiO2/Al2O3:18~2500;比表面(BET Specific Surface Area):≥340m2/g;相對結晶度(Crystallinity): ≥95%;Na2O≤0.1%。
(六)ZSM-5分子篩主要用途
1、在流化床催化裂化反應上的FCC催化劑添加ZSM-5分子篩可以提高汽油辛烷值,增加氣體的烯烴含量;
2、在FCC的助劑上添加ZSM-5分子篩可以降低汽油的烯烴
3、渣油催化裂化催化劑也添加ZSM-5分子篩;
4、增產丙烯助劑的主要成份;
5、在化學工業上廣泛的應用于擇形催化,如對二乙苯催化劑,二甲苯等異構化催化劑;
6、在環保方面對水中有機物的吸附提??;將疏水性的高硅ZSM-5沸石涂覆在蜂窩狀通道的表面從而得到吸附轉輪,用于對VOCs的凈化吸附處理。
7、用于低烴烷基化、異構化、芳構化、脫臘降凝的催化劑;例如:甲醇制烯烴、甲醇制汽油、甲醇制芳烴等;
8、適用于酯化催化劑;水合催化劑;醚化催化劑;
9、農業土壤修復:鹽堿地治理;化學農藥污染、重金屬污染的土壤修復等;
10、高端化妝品添加劑。
運輸:非危險品,但運輸過程中要避免潮濕,保持干燥、密封。
