NKF-6(β)分子篩(Zeolite)
NKF-6,Beta(β)分子篩是三維十二元環孔結構的微孔高硅沸石,具有兩個四元環和四個五元環的雙六元環單位晶穴結構;孔徑尺寸較大,介于ZSM-5型分子篩與Y型分子篩之間,主孔道直徑0.56-0.75nm;硅鋁比高,熱穩性好。β分子篩只有孔道沒有籠,因此可以進行陽離子全部交換。β分子篩對環已烷、正已烷,水的吸附量都較大,均在14%以上,這是β沸石一個特殊的性質。β分子篩的酸性及合適的孔體積能夠產生異構化作用,并促進碳正離子C-C鏈轉移而產生支鏈或成環,這可大大提高辛烷值。
在合成沸石-Beta的過程中,南開大學催化劑廠在二氧化硅和氧化鋁的酸液中做了大量工作,以減少模板的用量。

主要用途:
1、β分子篩對石油加氫脫蠟降凝十分有利;β分子篩的孔道特點使其在裂解反應中對鏈狀烴斷裂有較強的選擇性,在石油烴的裂解過程中可獲得高碳數低凝點的裂解產物,因此β分子篩做為以石油烴為原料的煉油催化劑有很好的工業應用前景。它所產生的柴油凝點降低很多,是一種新型的生產低凝點柴油高中油型加氫裂化催化劑;
2、改性的β分子篩加入FCC催化劑中可降低催化裂化的烯烴含量,同時又能適當提高辛烷值,中熘分油(柴油)降凝等;
3、對于甲苯、三甲苯和C9等歧化反應及轉烷基反應,β分子篩具有穩定性和高選擇性;
4、β分子篩用于丙烯烷基化、乙烯烷基化生成異丙苯和乙苯,已在工業上應用;
5、在脫氨脫水等反應中具有很好的活性和選擇性,我公司利用β分子篩成功開發了脫氨脫水催化劑,并已投產;
6、β分子篩同USY分子篩的聯合使用可以提高汽油的辛烷值;
7、β分子篩在酚的對位烷基化反應中具有獨特的選擇性和良好的催化活性。
8、NKF-6分子篩可廣泛用于汽車尾氣排放控制、工業廢氣凈化,以及揮發性有機化合物(VOC)、NOx 和 N2O 的減排。
9、NKF-6分子篩還適合吸附用途,例如用于除臭和置換活性炭。

Beta (β) Zeolite is a three-dimensional 12-membered ring pore structure of microporous high-silica zeolite, with two four-membered rings and four five-membered rings of double-hexa-ring unit crystal cavity structure; the pore size is large, between the ZSM-5 type molecular sieve and the Y-type molecular sieve, the main pore diameter is 0.56-0.75nm; the silicon-aluminum ratio is high, and the thermal stability is high Okay. β molecular sieve has only pores and no cages, so all cation exchanges can be carried out. β molecular sieve on cyclohexane, n-hexane, water adsorption is larger, all above 14%, which is a special property of zeolite β. Β the acidity of the molecular sieve and the suitable pore volume can produce isomerization, and promote the transfer of carbon positive ion C-C chains to produce branched chains or rings, which can greatly improve the octane number.
In the process of synthesizing zeolite-Beta, the Nankai University Catalyst Plant has done a lot of work in the acid solution of silica and alumina to reduce the amount of template.
NKF-β zeolite produced by our factory has received high praise in the domestic and international markets, and has a very excellent quality and price advantage.
The relative crystallinity is not less than 95%, SiO2/AL2O3 is from 20 to 100, and the adsorption amount of epoxane is not less than 15%.
Main uses:
1, β molecular sieves are very beneficial to petroleum hydrodewaxing and condensation reduction. The pore characteristics of the β molecular sieve make it have strong selectivity for chain hydrocarbon fracture in the cracking reaction, and it is possible to obtain cracking products with high carbon number and low freezing point in the cracking process of petroleum hydrocarbons, so β molecular sieve as a refining catalyst with petroleum hydrocarbons as raw material has a good industrial application prospect.
It produces a lot lower diesel freezing point, is a new type of production of low freezing point diesel high oil type hydrocracking catalyst;
2, Modified β molecular sieve added to the FCC catalyst can reduce the content of catalytic cracking olefins, while at the same time can appropriately increase the octane number, medium boiling oil (diesel) condensation reduction, etc.
3, For disproportionation reactions such as toluene, xylene and C9 and transalkyl reactions, β molecular sieve has stability and high selectivity
4, β molecular sieves are used for propenylation and vinylation to generate cumene and ethylbenzene, which have been used in industry.
5, In the deamination and dehydration and other reactions have good activity and selectivity, our company using β molecular sieve successfully developed the deamination dehydration catalyst, and has been put into production;
6, The combination of β molecular sieve and USY molecular sieve can improve the octane number of gasoline;
7, β molecular sieve has unique selectivity and good catalytic activity in the para-alkylation of phenols.
8. NKF-6 molecular sieve can be widely used in automobile exhaust emission control, industrial exhaust gas purification, and volatile organic compound (VOC), NOx and N2O emission reduction.
9, NKF-6 molecular sieve is also suitable for adsorption purposes, such as for deodorization and replacement of activated carbon.
