NKC-5（C5 Aromatization）Catalyst

1、催化劑適應原料廣泛，用于C3、C4氣體，直餾汽油，凝析油的芳構化反應。

2、用于將碳五餾分轉變為苯（B）、甲苯（T）、二甲苯（X），并副產乙烯、丙烯、乙烷、丙烷等有價值產品的催化劑。

適用原料：乙烯工程的副產品C3~C7

特點：反應轉化率高，芳烴收率高，抗結焦能力強，尤其適用于高烯烴含量的C5原料，允許原料中烯烴含量達80%。經使用證明該催化劑在輕烴（C3~C7)芳構化及生產高辛烷值汽油的反應中也具有優良的催化性能。

The NKC-5 Catalyst For C5 Aromatization

The NKC-5 Catalyst for C5 to aromatics is based on a synthetic zeolite. The catelyst can convert alkane or alkene of C5 to aromatics mainly containing benzene(B), toluene(T) and xylenes(X), accompanied by the production of hydrogen and C1-C4 organic gases.By coinversion of C5  hydrocarbon,the valuble aromatics, ethene,propene and liquefied petroleum gas can be obtained. So the application of this catalyst is extremely profitable.

The NKC-5 Catalyst has become commercial,and has been used for about 3 year by the Danhua Group Co.,Jiangsu Proviince with an annual treatment of 30.000 tons C5. The concersion of C5  is more than 95%,and the yield of aromatics ranges from 60% to 70%.C3,C4 account for 50% of the organic gases produced,and ethene,propene for about 20%.

The NKC-5 Catalyst,with its remarkable stability and resistance to coking,could tolerate the feedstock containing 80% alkene of C5 .

運輸：非危險品，但運輸過程中要避免潮濕，保持干燥、密封。
Transportation：Non-dangerous goods, in transportation process avoid wet. Keep dry and airproof.
儲存方法：在干燥、透風處貯存，不得露天存放。
